What’s around the corner could change everything

There are moments in life that change you.Not with fireworks or grand endings…But with a quiet whisper that says, "This isn’t who I am—and it’s time to become who I was meant to be."

I met Judy Crowell during one of those moments.

I had given up everything.I moved my kids from Florida to Minneapolis for a job as a TV shopping channel host—a role that, deep down, I knew was totally out of alignment with who I truly am. I was in yet another painful, toxic relationship—one that, heartbreakingly, was even more abusive than the one I had left behind.

I was at a crossroads.

All I wanted to do was write a book to help women see that they are enough, they are beautiful, and they are capable of anything. That’s what I had learned—or so I thought. But I kept repeating the same painful patterns.

And that’s when I realized: what I was missing wasn’t self-confidence—it was self-worth.

The kind that says:I deserve better.I don’t have to stay in pain to prove my strength.I can choose myself.

And then I met Judy.

We became instant friends. Her warmth, wisdom, and strength gave me the courage to listen to my intuition, leave that job, move back to Florida, and finally write the book I was born to write. She was one of a few soul-friends who helped me see the light when everything felt dark.

Since then, Judy has faced her own battles—including breast cancer, twice, and a major reinvention of her life and career. And through it all, she’s remained one of the most gracious, inspiring, and truth-telling women I know.

That’s why I’m so honored to share this week’s episode of The Beauty Shift with her.

We talk about:

💗 Her cancer journey and healing

🦵 Her surprisingly simple wellness tips (yes—leg lifts while brushing your teeth!)

📝 A journaling exercise to help you reconnect with your worth

🧘‍♀️ Her powerful morning gratitude practice

🌟 And why patience, forgiveness, and gratitude are her life essentials

Our conversations have shifted my life in the most profound ways—and I truly believe this one will do the same for you.

And remember:You are not too far gone. You are not behind. You are just on the edge of something beautiful.

With love,

Michelle 💖
