1. Agreement to These Terms
Welcome! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of www.MichellePhillips.com, our membership site, and all related programs, courses, coaching, downloads, events, emails, and communities (together, the "Services").
By accessing our website, creating an account, or purchasing or using any of our Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
2. Who We Are
The Services are provided by Aurora Empowerment Group LLC, doing business as Michelle Phillips Beauty ("we," "us," or "our"). Michelle Phillips is referred to as "Michelle."
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use our Services. By using them, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide to us is accurate and complete.
4. Educational Purposes Only — Not Medical Advice
All content and Services are provided for general beauty, wellness, and educational purposes only. This includes our membership, courses, coaching, guides, live calls, emails, and community.
Michelle is not a medical doctor, and our Services do not provide medical, psychological, nutritional, or other professional health advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Our Services are not a substitute for care from a qualified healthcare professional.
Always consult your physician or another qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your diet, exercise, supplements, medications, hormone therapy, or skincare and haircare treatments, and about any medical condition or symptom. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you learned through our Services.
If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or 911 immediately.
5. No Guarantee of Results
Every woman is different. Results depend on many factors, including your health, genetics, consistency, and effort. Testimonials and examples shared on our website or in our programs reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee or promise that you will achieve the same or similar results.
You are solely responsible for your choices, actions, and results.
6. Your Account
Some Services require you to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login information confidential and for all activity under your account.
Your membership and program access are for you personally. Sharing your login, or allowing anyone else to access your account, is not permitted. We may suspend or end access for accounts that are shared or misused.
7. The New Beautiful Society Membership
Recurring billing. The New Beautiful Society is a monthly subscription. By joining, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method the current membership fee (currently $27 per month, plus any applicable taxes) at the start of each monthly billing cycle until you cancel.
Cancel anytime. You may cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will keep access until then. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial months or unused time.
Price changes. We may change membership pricing in the future. We will notify you in advance of any change, and it will apply starting with your next billing cycle after the notice.
Failed payments. If a payment fails, your access may be paused or ended until payment is made.
Membership content. We regularly add, update, and retire membership content, including masterclasses, live calls, expert sessions, resources, and discounts. Specific content, experts, schedules, and member discounts may change without notice.
8. Courses and Programs
Our courses and programs, including The Beauty Shift, are described on their sales pages. Program content, schedules, live session dates, and guest experts may change. Recordings of live sessions are made available when possible.
Payment plans. If you choose a payment plan, you agree to make every scheduled payment, even if you stop participating or do not use all of the program. If a payment fails, we may pause your access until your account is current.
9. 1:1 Coaching (The Beauty Shift Blueprint)
Sessions. 1:1 programs and sessions take place by video call. All sessions in a package are to be completed within 4 months of your start date, plus any extension described below. Sessions not used within that time expire.
Rescheduling. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule a session. Sessions missed without notice cannot be made up.
Email support. Between sessions, you may email Michelle your questions. She will respond within 48 hours on business days (Monday–Friday).
When Michelle is away. If Michelle is on vacation during your program, she will let you know in advance, and your program will be extended by the length of her time away.
What's not included. 1:1 programs do not include medical advice or diagnosis, in-person services, or the cost of any products.
Payment plans. If you choose a payment plan, you agree to make every scheduled payment, even if you stop participating or do not use all of your sessions.
10. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Because our Services provide immediate access to digital content, scheduled time, and personal guidance, we do not offer refunds for memberships, courses, programs, coaching packages, single sessions, or digital products, unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase.
You may cancel your membership at any time, as described in Section 7.
11. Our Content and Intellectual Property
All content in our Services—including videos, recordings, masterclasses, guides, PDFs, worksheets, text, images, graphics, logos, and program names such as The Beauty Shift™ and The New Beautiful Society—is owned by or licensed to Aurora Empowerment Group LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
When you purchase or join, you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, share, distribute, resell, record, post publicly, or use our content to create your own programs or materials without our written permission. This includes sharing PDF downloads or replay links with people who are not members.
12. Community Guidelines
Our community is a supportive, respectful space for women. When participating in our community, comments, or live calls, you agree to:
• Treat other members with kindness and respect
• Keep what other members share private and confidential
• Not sell, promote, recruit for, or advertise any business, product, or service
• Not post content that is harassing, hateful, misleading, or inappropriate
• Not give other members medical advice
We may remove any content, and suspend or end access for anyone who does not follow these guidelines, without refund.
13. Live Calls and Recordings
Live coaching calls, Q&As, and expert sessions may be recorded and shared with members as replays. By joining a live call, you consent to being recorded, including your name, image, voice, and questions. If you prefer not to appear, you may keep your camera off, change your display name, or submit questions in advance.
You may not record, copy, or share live calls or replays yourself.
14. Testimonials and Feedback
If you share feedback, results, or a testimonial with us, we will ask for your permission before using it publicly with your name or photo. Feedback and suggestions you share may be used to improve our Services.
15. Product Recommendations, Discounts, and Affiliate Links
We may recommend products, services, and experts, and offer member discounts on them. Some links may be affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission if you make a purchase, at no extra cost to you. We only recommend products we trust, but we are not responsible for third-party products, services, websites, or experts. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms. Always check ingredients and consult your healthcare provider about allergies, sensitivities, and supplements.
16. Privacy
Your privacy matters to us. Please review our [Privacy Policy] to learn how we collect, use, and protect your information, including information you share in questionnaires and coaching.
17. Limitation of Liability
Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aurora Empowerment Group LLC, Michelle Phillips, and our team, guest experts, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
18. Indemnification
You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Aurora Empowerment Group LLC, Michelle Phillips, and our team from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your choices and actions, or your violation of these Terms.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
20. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State], without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in [County], [State].
