With the New year beginning and everyone hitting the re-set button, I thought I would share with you one of my favorite ways to stay strong, in shape, and centered.
Years ago while I was visiting Louise Hay in San Diego, she introduced me to Moses Urbano. Moses is a world renowned Pilates instructor to celebrities as well as some of the most talented athletes in the world… he was also her best friend and Pilates trainer.
Louise, Moses, and I attended a three day event together and next thing you know…he became one of my best friends too! Through the years, I have spent a lot of time visiting Moses and occassionally he visits Rick and I here in Florida. Each time we are together, I learn more about the Pilates reformer work outs, which have changed my life…Rick’s too!
During Mo’s last visit, I asked him to do a video with me! He agreed! I am thrilled that now I can share his incredible wisdom with you!
