How to Boost Your Immune System and Get Glowing Skin
Our skin will begin to show externally what’s going on internally. When dealing with stress, change in diet, routine, etc. our skin may start to suffer as well.
Here are a few things we can do to help us boost your immune system and promote healthy, glowing skin….
Stay hydrated: Drinking a lot of water helps your digestive system flush out toxins from the body. Without adequate water intake, skin appears duller, and wrinkles and pores more prominent. I am not a big fan of drinking water all day, yet I have found when I create, what I call “Spa Water”, I look forward to drinking water.
Recipe:
Cut up fresh lemon, cucumbers, and add to water in a large pitcher and set a goal to drink the amount you have set out for yourself each day.
Make yourself Smoothies Loaded with Vitamin C, E, and antioxidants:
One of the best ways to boost your immune system and healthy, glowing skin is to increase your intake of fresh fruits and vegetables loaded with vitamins and antioxidants. Especially vitamin C!
