Celebrity Makeup Artist Shares Important Beauty Tip via a Video She Made in Her Car
One year ago this week, I began taking Barre3 classes 2-3x per week. It has been a life changing experience for me. Not only am I enjoying these classes as they combine pilates, yoga, ballet and cardio, I am getting into great shape and have never felt better physically and mentally.
The classes end with a few minutes of quiet meditation which allows me to find my center or shall I say, get grounded, before I start my day.
Yesterday during my mediation, I felt this strong urge to begin teaching inner beauty and self-love on a much deeper level than I ever have. So, I got in my car and decided to record a video right then and there. It’s definitely not the typical Michelle Phillips Beauty video at all! I am in my car with no makeup, sweaty, hungry after my workout, and let’s just say…without the fancy lighting, makeup and hair stuff. Just real, raw and unedited.
