Self-Care Beauty
Most people think that self-care is selfish, but it’s not. Oftentimes, we spend so much time taking care of everyone else, that we end up feeling tired and burned out. This Valentine’s Day, I would like to suggest your goal be to take time out to care for yourself. When you do, you are much better for the loved ones in your life.

Self-care is all about bringing attention back to yourself and making an activity into “me time.” A wonderful way to practice self-care can be something as simple as taking a bath using some soothing soap, a hair mask, and eating chocolate which can help relax both your mind and body. Here are some of my favorite ways to add an element of self-care into your beauty routine.
