This week I share my very own “Green beauty juice” recipe that will have you not only feeling good, but looking good! Our skin protects us from the elements, lets us feel sensations, regulates temperature, and aids in our immunity health. Yet, we often unknowingly miss-treat it.
Think about how much we neglect our epidermis for the sake of beauty - we tan it, slather it in strange lotions, and even inadvertently expose it to free radicals. A healthy diet of vitamins and antioxidants aid in combating all of these things.
So break out your blenders, and give your skin the much needed drink it deserves, after all, it has been working pretty hard!
